CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

RE: COVID-19

 

Giana Rose Couture is officially closed during the lockdown recommended by Governor Wolf. We are however, making accommodations for customers that would like to pick up or pay off their dresses.

 

To contact us please EMAIL GIANA ROSE COUTURE AT INFO@GIANAROSECOUTURE.COM IF:

 

  1. You have your gown on Layaway and you are looking to pick up your dress or pay the remainder of your deposit.
  2. Your dress was special ordered and it has arrived to our store and you wish to pick it up.
  3. Your dress was special ordered and you’d like to know the status of the order. Please keep in mind that all special orders may be delayed in arrival due to the coronavirus. These delays are unfortunately out of our control but our manufacturers have assured all retailers that the gowns will be coming. 

 

You must email us if you wish to pick up your dress so that we can accommodate a time to meet at the store.

 

Regarding Cancellation of Proms:

Giana Rose Couture can not refund, exchange, or give credits to any purchased dresses. This store policy is clear and transparent when you purchase a gown. The coronavirus affected Giana Rose Couture and all other retailers as much as it has affected our customers and every one around the world. We hope and pray that you are all safe and healthy, we will get through this. God Bless and be safe!

 

Regarding Dresses on Layaway:

All dresses on layaway are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. No credits will be issued if any dress on layaway is not claimed, as explained when you signed your layaway contract. We will extend the time needed to pay for your dress in full to June 1st, 2020 - if you need an extension from this date please contact us. To make payments on your layaway please email us at info@gianarosecouture.com

 

 

We hope this will be over soon and life can resume again. We pray that our customers are safe during this time. Our hearts are with you. Remember to continue to practice social distancing and frequently wash your hands.
