Appointments are allotted one hour from the start of their scheduled appointment. This will include a personal stylist assigned to help you find your perfect dress and assist you with zipping the dresses that you try on.

What happens if my appointment lasts longer than an hour?

In the event that you need more time, you may have to wait for a new dressing room to open up as we want to respect all of our clients' time who make appointments to come shop. To accommodate all of our shoppers we ask that you respect the one hour time limit. We will try to accommodate you as best we can to help you find your perfect dress.

We require all prom shoppers to bring a legal parent or guardian over the age of 25. We also suggest that you bring a pair of shoes and any undergarments you may want. Are all your dresses in stock Samples?

NO!  All the stock dresses are not samples, we sell ALL our dresses off-the-rack!  Most stores do not stock the level of inventory we do.  You  can try on a dress in your size and walk out with the dress that day.  If necessary we can special order any dress for you as well. All of our dresses are kept in pristine condition.

What is the return policy?

All dresses are final sale. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes dresses that are ordered, and on sale. Please refer to our  return policy on the footer of this website.

How early in advance should I make my prom appointment?

Prom season at GRC begins in November. We will have our largest selection of gowns and sizes between December through February. We suggest you come in during those months to be able to have various choices of styles, colors, and sizes. It is also recommended to come in during this time to be able to have enough time for any alterations if needed.

How early in advance should I schedule my Mother of the Bride/Groom appointment?

We suggest that you start shopping 6-9 months in advance to the wedding. We also give the option to purchase off the rack but to ensure that you get the dress of your dreams and have time for ordering and alterations, we suggest that you shop 6-9 months prior to the event.

Do you keep track of who bought specific prom dresses at specific schools?

No, we do not have a log of the local schools and what dresses have been bought for those proms. We have shoppers that come to us from all over the country and it would be too difficult for us to keep track of that information. Please use your school's social media page to keep track of what other classmates have purchased.
