Appointment Information
Appointments:
- Appointments are required for prom, Mother of the Bride/Groom, bridesmaids, sweet 16, or any occasion that requires formal evening wear.
- Prom appointments require a card on file. A $25 no-show fee will be charged if you do not show.
- Due to all sales being final, all prom and sweet 16 customers must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 25. We kindly ask that each appointment brings no more than (2) guests. Each appointment lasts 60 minutes.
- An appointment is required for each person shopping to ensure a fitting room. We cannot guarantee appointments will be in neighboring fitting rooms. For requests, please call in advance.
- For Mother of the Bride/Groom appointments you can expect a unique one-on-one experience including a personal stylist in our brand new suite. We have over 1,000 gowns in store! The appointment lasts 90 minutes. A $25 fee will incur if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours.
