Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Merchandise must be received in new, unworn, unwashed and salable condition with all tags attached from vendor and store and must be accompanied by it's original receipt.All sale items, accessories, intimates, swimwear, formal gowns, gown deposits, and handbags are FINAL sale.Items being returned in-store and online will only receive store credit. No exceptions.

When placing an order online with Giana Rose Couture, you can be confident that you will receive a new, authentic dress in the size and color that you request. (Please consult the correct vendor size chart to determine the size you would like to order). If you have questions regarding what size to order do not hesitate to contact us at 215-595-2393 a customer service team member will be happy to review your measurements with you to help recommend what size you should order.
All online dress orders are Final Sale. This is the same policy we employ in our store. we do not give refunds, we do not take returns, we do not make exchanges and we do not give store credit on any orders. We do not accept cancellations on orders for any reason. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style or color. Dresses fit each person differently depending on different body types. We recommend ordering the size that will accommodate your largest measurement. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit. Alterations are never included with purchase.
It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color and style. Please make sure you give us the correct wear date (date you need the dress by) when ordering. We will not order the dress or charge your card, unless we can guarantee delivery by that date. We have up until the date you specify on your order to deliver the dress via standard ground shipping within the continental United States. You can call us for any further questions.
We track all shipments to confirm delivery. If you would like expedited shipping there is an additional charge based on the type of shipping, the weight of the dress, and location dress is being sent to. If for any reason, your dress is not available in time for this date, your money will be refunded in full.
Please Note: Some dresses may have zippers that do not lay completely smooth when the dress is put on. It is not a defect, you will need to pull the bridge of the dress together to smoothly zip. It is necessary for the manufacturer to design some dresses with fabric cut on the bias. It is what make the fabric drape as well as it does. It is not necessary to correct through alterations which is not recommended. We will not be responsible for this possibility.
All dresses are inspected staff prior to leaving our store. We are not responsible for the condition of the dress once it leaves our store. Please be assured that we respect and protect your privacy. All credit card transactions are secure.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return eligible merchandise within 14 days for store credit only. Merchandise must be received in new, unworn, unwashed and salable condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by it's original receipt. All sale items, accessories, intimates, swimwear, formal gowns, gown deposits, and handbags are FINAL sale. Returns will be denied if the item has been used, washed, or worn. Original shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will be notified by email once the return process has initiated and you will receive store credit to the email address used on the original order.
Items being returned in-store and online will only receive store credit. No exceptions.
